 We can deliver projects of varying size and complexity, from a handful of cameras or access control doors to hundreds. We offer various levels of planning, project management and health and safety control depending on project size and risks. Careful planning and execution control are crucial to the successful delivery of any project. For every projects we assign a project manager and for project of a certain size a project director is also assigned, for the entire duration of the project, from initial design to acceptance test and handover.
Where circumstances require, and this is in almost all cases, we produce comprehensive method statements and risk assessments prior to commencement of work.
We also take care of freight and logistics and can arrange direct shipments from the factory to the customer site, including customs clearance.
All key aspects of the project are documented and during execution we participate in regular project team meetings with our customer designed to problem solve and ensure smooth progress of the works. |
